GIVEAWAY TERMS
Lovenaire Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years or older, and Australian residents. Participants must reside in locations where such contests are legally permitted.
Entry Period: The giveaway begins on 15 May 2024 and ends on 30 June 2024 at 11:59PM Melbourne Time. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: No purchase necessary. To enter, participants must follow @Lovenaire on Instagram, like the giveaway post, tag three friends in the comments, and for bonus entries, share the post on their story tagging @lovenaire.lounge. Each tag counts as one additional entry.
Prizes: The prizes include:
Prize 1: Premium Lovenaire Lounge worth $2800
Prize 2: $500 Lovenaire gift card
Prize 3: $250 Lovenaire gift card
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lovenaire reserves the right to replace any prize with an item of similar value.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly and announced on 1 July 2024. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond in the specified time, another winner will be chosen.
General Conditions: By entering this giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Lovenaire and its employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from their participation in the giveaway and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof. Winners may only claim and use their prize for events booked within Melbourne, Victoria or within a 50km radius around the Melbourne CBD. Additional costs may be incurred for venues outside of that radius.
